Everything we sell is digital. Here is how and when it reaches you.
Nothing is shipped
Resume Proof sells digital services. No physical goods are sent, and there are no shipping or handling charges on any order, in India or abroad.
How your order is delivered
Every deliverable is sent electronically, by email to the address you give at checkout. If we are already talking on WhatsApp or LinkedIn, we may also send it there.
Resumes, LinkedIn profile text and cover letters are sent as PDF and as editable Word files, so you can keep tailoring them yourself.
Delivery times
Free resume check: instant, on screen.
Teardown: within 48 hours.
Guided Resume, Guided LinkedIn and the Guided bundle: within 24 hours of a complete questionnaire.
Human Rewrite and Career Package: within 48 hours of a complete intake.
Interview Prep Pack: emailed within the hour of payment.
When the clock starts
Delivery times run from payment plus a complete intake. If we need to ask follow-up questions, the clock starts when you answer them.
International clients
Clients outside India receive exactly the same service, delivered electronically on the same timelines. Times are counted in Indian Standard Time.
If something is late or missing
If we cannot meet a delivery time, we tell you before it passes, with a new time.
If you have not received a deliverable, check your spam folder first, then write to hello.resumeproof@gmail.com. We resend within one working day.
