Cancellation

You can cancel any order before work begins by writing to hello.resumeproof@gmail.com. You get a full refund, no questions.

Once work has begun, an order cannot be cancelled, but the revision rounds and the refund terms below still apply.

Refunds on rewrites

Every rewrite includes two rounds of revision within 14 days of delivery.

If the deliverable does not meet the 80-point rubric standard and cannot be brought there, you get a full refund. If it does meet the standard and you simply prefer a different style, you get the revision rounds rather than a refund.

The 30-day interview-call guarantee on the human tier (Human Rewrite and Career Package) is honoured as a free rewrite, repeated until a first-round call arrives. It requires proof of five applications to roles you genuinely fit, sent within the 30 days after delivery. It is not a refund.

Guided tier and digital products

Guided-tier documents are composed from the answers you give. If an answer is missing or thin you get one round of follow-up questions; a document you decline to complete is not refundable once composed.

The Interview Prep Pack is non-refundable once downloaded, because the file cannot be returned. If it fails to download, we fix that or refund it.

The ₹99 teardown is credited in full against any package booked within 7 days of delivery.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of approving it, and it usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
