Check. Understand. Fix. Or hand it over.
Everything up to the fix is free. Everything after it is priced by how much of the work you want done for you.
- 01
Check
Upload your resume and paste the job you want. Sixty seconds, no account, no card. You get five checked areas, each with the reason behind it, and the rubric points underneath.
- 02
Understand
The report names why a recruiter may skip this resume, with the lines from your own document that caused each finding. That part is free and nothing is held back.
- 03
Fix
Fix it yourself from the report. Or pay ₹99 and a person rewrites your three weakest bullets so you can see the pattern. Or take the guided tier: answer the questions, we compose.

Done for you
Hand it to a specialist. Resume and LinkedIn rebuilt in 48 hours, with the 30-day interview-call guarantee behind it.
Why a recruiter may skip your resume
Five areas. The check reads your document against the job you want and tells you which of these is happening to you, with the lines that caused it. The reasons first, then the score.
Your impact isn't visible
Most of your bullets describe what you were responsible for. One or two show what changed because you were there. A recruiter cannot size the work, so they cannot rank you, so they move on.
Your resume doesn't match the role
The posting asks for a dozen specific things. Your resume evidences a few of them. A generic word you happen to share with the requirement is not evidence of it, and the software knows the difference better every year.
Your seniority isn't coming through
Your title says Senior Manager. Your bullets read like an individual contributor: tasks, tools, tickets. Eight years of experience, presented like three. This is the one experienced people miss most.
The system never got a clean read
Two columns, your email in the page header, dates without months, a photo where the summary should be. The software built a broken timeline before a person read a word, and nobody tells you.
Nothing on the page to hold on to
Forty-word bullets, weak verbs, a summary that could belong to anyone in your batch. The first ten seconds decide whether the next thirty happen.
Upload it and find out. Free, in a minute.
Paste the posting too, and the role match is read against that job instead of a general vocabulary.

No format deductions
Same person, same job. Drag to see the rewrite.
No new facts. The difference is scope, a number, and a verb that means something. This is what the teardown does to three of your lines and the human rewrite does to all of them.
Before
Responsible for managing the mobile app product roadmap and working with engineering teams.
After
Owned the mobile roadmap for a 400k-MAU investing app, shipping 14 releases in 11 months and lifting D30 retention from 22% to 31%.
Why it works: Duty replaced with scope, volume and a measured outcome.
Nothing gets invented. If your intake is too thin to write against, you get three to five specific questions back, never a plausible number we made up.
No first-round call in 30 days? I rewrite it free.
Every human rewrite comes with this. Send it to five roles you genuinely fit. If none of them gives you a first-round call within 30 days, I rewrite it again, free, until one does.
Every delivered resume is also scored on the published 100-point rubric before it leaves. Below 80 it does not ship. That is a delivery standard, not the guarantee; the guarantee is the call.
And what isn't promised
What isn't promised: a job, or an interview at one specific company. The guarantee needs five real applications with proof, sent within the 30 days, and it covers the human tier. The guided tier and the teardown carry revisions, not the guarantee.
The check and the guided tier are for every function
The role library carries over a hundred vocabularies in twelve sectors, from software and product through pharma quality, piping, collections and field sales, and the guided builder asks every one of them its own questions. Paste the posting you want and the check is scored against that instead. The rules that lose people interviews are the same whether you are two years in or twenty.
Human rewrites take any function, with one home ground
Product, tech and BFSI/FinTech are where the specialist behind Resume Proof has hired and been hired, and where the rewrites are sharpest. Other functions are taken on the same terms with the same discipline: the questionnaire and the role library do the domain work, and if your field is unfamiliar you get more questions, not more guesses.
- Two to fifteen years of experience, any function
- Applying actively and hearing nothing, or only hearing about the job you already have
- Able to supply real numbers — team size, volumes, ₹, %, time — or willing to be asked for them
- Wanting the document done properly once, not a template
The things people ask before they trust us
Is the check on this site really free?+
Yes. No card, no account, no sales call, and nothing held back behind a paywall. It runs the same engine used on paid work, so what you see is the real reading, not a teaser.
Is this a real ATS score?+
No, and neither is anybody else's. No applicant tracking system publishes a score. What runs here is a 100-point rubric built from how parsers and recruiters actually behave, and the whole rubric is published on the check page so you can argue with it. What is real is the finding behind it: Harvard Business School and Accenture found in 2021 that 88% of employers admit their filters screen out qualified people. The check exists to show you where that is happening to you.
What is the difference between the free check, the ₹99 teardown and the guided tier?+
The check is automated and complete: five areas, the reasons, the missing vocabulary, every rubric point. The ₹99 teardown is a person reading your resume against your target role and rewriting your three weakest bullets in full, so you can see what right looks like on your own lines. The guided tier is a questionnaire built for your function; you supply the facts and the document is composed from them within 24 hours.
Guided or human: which one do I need?+
Guided if you have your numbers to hand and want the writing done quickly and cleanly. Human if you are not sure what your evidence is, if your seniority is not coming through, if you are switching functions, or if you want someone to push back on the story. The human tier is also the one that carries the 30-day interview-call guarantee.
Do you guarantee interviews or a job?+
A first-round call, on human rewrites, yes: send it to five roles you genuinely fit, and if none of them calls within 30 days I rewrite it free until one does. A job, no, and be careful with anyone who promises one. Nobody controls hiring budgets or the other 400 applicants.
Will you invent achievements to make me look better?+
Never. Everything is reframed, sharpened and quantified from what you actually did. If an intake is too thin we send you three to five specific questions rather than filling the gap with plausible fiction. A fabricated resume gets you dismissed after you are hired.
Who is the paid work for?+
Any function, two to fifteen years in. The role library carries over a hundred vocabularies and every rewrite is written against the posting you bring. Product, tech and BFSI/FinTech are home ground; outside it you get more questions, never more guesses. Freshers are better served by the free check and the guided tier than by a human rewrite, and we will say so.
What happens to my resume after I upload it?+
It is parsed to text and scored, and the file is kept in private storage for 90 days so a person can review it if you buy anything. It is deleted automatically after that, it is never shared with employers or sold, and you can have it deleted sooner by emailing hello.resumeproof@gmail.com.
