Do you guarantee interviews or a job?+
No, and be careful with anyone who does. The guarantee is on the thing that can be controlled: your resume scores 80+ on ATS parsing before it leaves, or it gets rewritten free until it does.
Will you invent achievements to make me look better?+
Never. Everything is reframed, sharpened and quantified from what you actually did. If an intake is too thin we send you three to five specific questions rather than filling the gap with plausible fiction. A fabricated resume gets you fired after you're hired.

How accurate is this compared to a real ATS?+
Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever and Naukri all parse slightly differently, so no tool can claim to be an exact replica. What this checks are the fundamentals every one of them depends on: readable text, linear reading order, standard section headings, parseable dates and contact details, and keyword coverage. Fix those and you clear the overwhelming majority of filters.
