The eight questions for ERP and Enterprise Applications

The guided builder asks these, in this order, and turns each answer into a line on the page. Nothing is written that you did not type.

  1. 1.Which modules or products do you implement or support, and how deeply?
  2. 2.How many implementations, rollouts or go lives have you delivered?
  3. 3.How many users or business units run on the system you support?
  4. 4.How many tickets, incidents or change requests do you close in a month?
  5. 5.Which integrations, interfaces or custom developments have you built or owned?
  6. 6.How much manual effort, cycle time or cost has your work removed?
  7. 7.How many stakeholders, consultants or offshore team members do you coordinate?
  8. 8.What is the largest data migration or upgrade you have delivered?

Words are the easy half

A resume can carry every term above and still be rejected, because coverage says what you know and nothing about what you delivered. The heaviest category on the rubric is evidence: how many of your bullets carry an actual figure.

Seven in ten is full marks. Most resumes we see manage two.
