The eight questions for Network and Infrastructure

The guided builder asks these, in this order, and turns each answer into a line on the page. Nothing is written that you did not type.

  1. 1.How many sites, users or devices does the network you run serve?
  2. 2.What uptime or availability do you deliver, and what was it before you?
  3. 3.Which vendors, platforms and protocols do you work on daily?
  4. 4.How many incidents or change requests do you handle in a month, and within what SLA?
  5. 5.What is the largest rollout, migration or upgrade you have delivered?
  6. 6.How much cost, downtime or ticket volume have you reduced, and by how much?
  7. 7.Which certifications do you hold, and which are current?
  8. 8.How many engineers, vendors or field teams do you coordinate?

Words are the easy half

A resume can carry every term above and still be rejected, because coverage says what you know and nothing about what you delivered. The heaviest category on the rubric is evidence: how many of your bullets carry an actual figure.

Seven in ten is full marks. Most resumes we see manage two.
